From the Gleckstein hut there is a variety of summit tours which range from "little difficult" to "very difficult".
In combination with the neighboring huts, such as Dossen, Gauli, Lauteraar and Schreckhornhut, a wonderful range of multi-day tours can be undertaken.

The Wetterhorn is undisputedly the most popular high-altitude tour! The Rosenhorn and the Gwächta are also frequently visited. With the ascent over the SE-ridge to the Klein Schreckhorn and the descent to the Schreckhornhut you undertake a demanding and lonely tour in the wild mountains!
